Conditions
- At least 3 years of experience at a Japanese language school (Must be full-time)
- Those who have completed a major or minor in Japanese language education at university or graduate school
- Those who have a bachelor's degree or higher and have completed at least 420 hours of the Japanese language teacher training course
- Those who have passed the Japanese Language Teaching Competency Test
We welcome the following people.
- Those who actively participate in school events and liven them up together
- Those who understand team teaching and want to create a class in cooperation with other teachers
- Those who can communicate smoothly
- Those who understand and follow school rules
〈Full-time〉
- 8:30-17:30 work (including a break of 1 hour in total)
- Homeroom duties (class planning, attendance, etc.)
- Enrollment management
- Life guidance and career guidance
- Immigration related work
〈Part-time〉
- In the morning, 9:00-12:35
- In the afternoon, 1 frame is 4 hours including breaks around 13:20-16:40. We are looking for people who can do 2 to 3 frames.
Holiday
Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, summer and winter holidays determined by the school
Work style
Full-time/Part-time 1 each
Treatment
〈Full-time〉
- Around 280,000 yen (if you have experience). Trial period 3 months
- Summer vacation, spring vacation, year-end and New Year holidays
- Paid payment
- Join social insurance
- Transportation expenses paid (upper limit)
〈Part-time〉
- Hourly wage 2000 yen ~ (if you have 3 years or more experience) * 1800 yen for inexperienced.
- Trial period 3 months Transportation expenses paid (upper limit)

Remarks
It's a small school. While communicating with each other, we continue to explore what we can do for our students. We would like to have bright people who can communicate smoothly not only with students but also with colleagues, and who can work while supporting each other. As for the selection method, after document screening, successful applicants will be invited for an interview. (In some cases, you will be asked to conduct a mock class for about 15 minutes.) IECC Japanese Language School was established in 1984 for the purpose of international cultural exchange and human resource development.
